1. Do I need to register an account to place an order?

No, you can also place an order as a guest. But, there are some perks if you have an account with us:

- Quick checkout process

- Easily view your order status and order history

- Receive updates detailing our new releases and special promotions

2. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel the order in "My orders" by yourself before it ships out. Note: once the order has been shipped out, it can not be canceled anymore.

3. Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?

Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. Kindly update your shipping address to your residential address instead of your vacational address as we do not know how long the destination's customs department will have the package on hold.

4. How do I check my order status?

Please log in to your Hobbyist Choice account and visit "My orders" to check the order status. Generally, it will take 3-5 working days to prepare your order. We will email you with a tracking number when it is shipped out.

5. Why there is no tracking updated?

When orders ship from our warehouse, it needs days to arrive in your country by plane first. There is no updated information for your package as it is in transit to the shipping company's next facility. Sometimes, there will not be an update on the tracking information for a couple of days because the package is in transit. Once the package arrives at local, the order status will update immediately.

6. Why is my order delayed?

Hi, apologies for the delay. Since we ship overseas, it needs some days to arrive in your country by plane first. There is no updated information for your package as it is in transit to the shipping company's next facility. Once the package arrives at local, the order status will be updated and delivered to you soon. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.

7. Is there a currency conversion?

All of our transactions are based in US Dollars. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.

8. How do I set up a shipping address?

Since our website and service are based on English, all the information that you typed in is required to be English input method, including punctuations. If certain letters of your address contain Non-English letters, you are advised to use the similar English ones instead. For example, you may change the letter "?" to "c".

9. Delivery Cycle and Package Tracking Methods?

Since we ship from overseas, delivery typically takes 1-3 weeks. Shipping times vary by country, but are often faster. Once the order has shipped, we will email your tracking number and tracking website. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
