Shipping policy

1.Order Shipping

We will process orders within 24 hours of receipt. Packages are typically shipped within 3-5 business days. This allows us to inspect items before dispatch. During promotions or public holidays, shipping times may be extended accordingly. (We usually ship very quickly.) We ship your packages via international air freight. All items in our store qualify for free shipping.

2.Shipping Time

We partner with Chinese manufacturers to provide you with the highest quality products. This means your order will ship from overseas. Delivery typically takes 10-30 business days (often faster!). If your package hasn't arrived after an extended period, please contact us.

3.Order Tracking

When your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you can find your tracking number in「My Account-My Order」. You can track your package using that number on corresponding shipping providers' websites or through their customer services.Meanwhile, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The email will contain the tracking number at the bottom.

4.Order-to-Delivery Process, ODP

Order processing time: the time we need to get your order ready to be shipped. It relates to stock confirmation and quality inspection, and usually takes 3-5 business days.

Shipping time: the time it takes for the shipping services to deliver the package to your address since they pick up the package from our warehouse. Shipping time varies depending on your specific location.

5.Taxes and Duties

Pricing and delivery costs are displayed while browsing our site.Taxes and Duties will be applied as per the custom duty regulations of the destination Country.
