It is suitable for a variety of common modeling materials, including ABS, PS, resin, and AB putty.Due to the risk of rusting and oxidation in martensitic stainless steel, we have introduced vacuum coating technology to achieve full DLC coating coverage on the surface of the files.This makes the entire file washable with water and maintenance-free.

The chopping process, known for its superior cutting efficiency, is employed. Through process optimization, it achieves uniform pitch and consistent tooth rake angles, resulting in high-precision tooth profiles. Combined with DLC coating to reduce the coefficient of friction, this ensures smooth chip evacuation during cutting, effectively minimizing chip buildup and clogging.
NOTE: The file has a strong cutting force. When using it, please maintain a light grinding motion.
