In model making, drilling several round holes on the surface is a common technique to add more detail. However, simply drilling a round hole alone can appear less refined. Using this ball-end drill bit allows you to easily create a beveled chamfer at the hole edges. This makes the details look much more polished.Neatly finished arc chamfers can be produced on circular barrels, circular holes, and similar components.
